Today was officially 1st day at work, where we were given the staff's orientation. My department's training is this Saturday, so another 2 free dats off before i'd start work.
Am trying to be domesticated as well. Bought groceries like vegetables, raw beef, pork to cook. Even if its sucky, at least its a 1st try to being independent, instead of relying on the instant foods like the frozen pizzas.
Been travelling up and down International Drive recently during my time here. Intl drive is like this street which is like maybe 20km long, and has all the major attractions. It has the factory outlets, Ripley's museum, the supermarket and lots of good stuffs! Ok another reason why im confined here is because the bus fare is super cheap of 25 cents (for seaworld staff) as compared to if i go out of the bus route. As i mentioned, taxi fare is a bomb. The thais who have been working here for long told me that with my i.d the fares are cheaper, but im still trying to find out if tts the case.
Should be headed to Universal Studios tomorrow, because being a Seaworld staff, we get to go in free! Nice perks man.
