After a tiresome 28-hour flight with transits in Tokyo, Seattle and Denver, im finally in Orlando! Right now im at some shady petrol station 20 mins (walk) from my apartment, taping onto their wireless cause the apartment's wireless wants us to pay!
All's looking good, the weather feels great, probably because its 4am right now, and the sun is not out. The taxi fare to the apartment costs USD$55! Its really a rip-off, and the meter jumps like $0.25 every 3seconds.
Jet-lagged quite bad. Still pretty accustomed to Singapore time, and we're 12 hours behind Singapore.
Today's sunday, and me and Kei will probably head back out to try to sleep, before hitting town a little later on to see whats there. And im hungry now, but there's nothing much here. Its i think safe to say that Orlando doesnt really have a night life, maybe due to the fact that its all family-based theme parks here - Seaworld, Universal, Disney World.
On the way here, the cab driver even thought we were Koreans! Apparently this country is still reeling from the shock of the Virginia incident.
